NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
At Formals.shop, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to assist with an exchange if something isn’t the right fit for you.
As an independent label, we offer exchanges on any unworn items within 2–3 days of delivery. A nominal ₹99 exchange fee (prepaid) will be charged to cover handling and reshipping.
Exchange Terms
To qualify for an exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The item should be in resalable condition
Only size exchanges are allowed for the same product
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged
If a sale item needs to be exchanged due to sizing, the customer must pay the difference between MRP and the price paid, plus ₹99 exchange charge
How to Request an Exchange
You can request an exchange through two methods:
Login to your account on Formals.shop and submit an exchange request directly under your order history.

Your full name
Order number
Clear photos of the item (front & back)
Reason for exchange
Once verified, we’ll provide return and payment instructions.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 10 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation charge: ₹49
Orders cannot be cancelled after the 10-hour window has passed
Shipping Policy
We dispatch all domestic orders within 4–7 working days of confirmation
You’ll receive a tracking ID via email once your order is shipped
Note: We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. For delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking ID.

Use steam iron only. Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery.
🔹 How do I choose the right size?
Some styles are oversized or relaxed fit. Check our Size Guide on the product page. We suggest choosing your usual size even for looser styles.
🔹 Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?
Yes, ₹99 exchange fee applies.
For faulty or incorrect items, Formals.shop will cover the full exchange and shipping cost.
