Welcome to Formals.shop. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

1. General Information
   Formals.shop is an Indian-based fashion brand offering women’s clothing, primarily focused on formal and smart casual wear.
   All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.
   We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
   2. Eligibility
   To place an order with us, you must:
   Be at least 18 years old
   Provide a valid delivery address and contact details
   Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use
   3. Orders & Payment
   All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, pricing errors, or issues with payment authorization.
   Once an order is placed, any cancellation request must be made within 10 hours. Cancellations beyond this time will not be accepted and are subject to a ₹49 cancellation charge.
   4. Shipping & Delivery
   Domestic delivery within India: 5–8 working days
   Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
   Formals.shop is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, holidays, or third-party courier issues.
   You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
   5. Exchange Policy
   We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to help you with a size exchange under the following conditions:
   Exchange requests must be made within 2–3 days of delivery
   The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
   Exchange is only allowed for the same product in a different size
   A prepaid ₹99 exchange fee applies
   Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange. However, sizing-related exchanges on sale items are allowed if the customer pays the full MRP difference + ₹99.

   Logging into your Formals.shop account and submitting a request under your order
   Or emailing us at contactformals@gmail.com with your order number and product images
   6. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
   We strive to ensure that all product details, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:
   Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting
   Sizes may differ slightly depending on the garment design
   We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice
   7. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website — including images, logos, product designs, text, and branding — is the property of Formals.shop. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
   8. Privacy
   Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared with us is protected under our Privacy Policy. You can review it here 
   9. Limitation of Liability
   Formals.shop will not be liable for any:
   Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   Losses due to delays in delivery or third-party errors
   Website unavailability or technical issues
   10. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai
